Product Description
Introducing the Designer Series from The Recordist. In collaboration with Mr. Charles Maynes, The Recordist presents Bullets: Re-Imagined, a sound library of high impact bullet mayhem. Charles has taken his favorite sound files from the The Recordist Bullets series, combined them with his own amazing source material and processed them for fast, hassle free integration into a gun battle track. His goal was to create a collection of bullet impact source material for quick and easy use in his work on the Seal Team televison show from CBS Studios.
Charles created a special plug-in chain in Pro Tools that added punch, impact, low end, pitch manipulation and much more. With this set of processes he was able to layer various sounds together to taste and export them to a stereo file with dozens of variations per file. These sound effects are production ready for insane deadlines. If you need to work quick, these should come in very handy!
Hitting The Mark:

How this all came about:
Charles and I speak on the phone frequently and during a conversation we had in the Fall of 2020 I asked him what he was up to. His response was thet he was working on the first few episodes of Seal Team season 4 and was preparing a massive amount of bullet impact sounds that could quickly be imported in a session. If you have watched Seal Team you know that many episodes have extensive gun fight scenes. There are a lot of bullets flying around and he wanted source with many variations and character that could be used to make the track sound epic. Enjoy this collection of sounds! -Frank
