Description
Firearm Foley HD Professional Sound Effects Library is a massive collection of gun foley sound effects recorded at 24-Bit 96kHz over a five year period here in my North Idaho studio and in the field. Some of the weapons were recorded with two microphones and others with a single microphone. The multiple microphone tracks include a close up extended frequency response version and a medium distant perspective. Most of the weapons were recorded indoors with some extra “outside in the field” recordings.
All the standard actions are presented here along with many hand grabs, movements, drops, slides and bullets. Other sounds include: drawing from and placing handguns into holsters, bullet magazine drops and loading plus some unique “off stage” style sounds recorded from a distant perspective and from behind closed doors with generous room tone. This collection is just the beginning of a series of gun foley libraries coming from The Recordist. Enjoy! -Frank
